Image 4 Celebrates 30 Years, Unveils New Website
Manchester, N.H. – Jan. 8, 2017. Image 4, the leader in 3D experiential brand design, is pleased to celebrate the company’s 30th year of bringing brands to life. Since 1987, Image 4 has helped companies of all sizes tell stories, showcase products, and engage customers in environments that invite interaction and embody all a brand has to offer. Through authentic brand engagement, customers become devoted brand advocates, increasing membership, sales and brand connections.
To share 30 years of thought-leadership, and show how Image 4 brings brands to life, the company has launched a new website and educational blog (www.image4.com).
In today’s digital world, businesses across industries struggle to effectively connect with customers. The ability to shop for nearly anything online has eroded the traditional brand loyalty that businesses rely on to cultivate repeat customers. Customer interaction in physical spaces is precious and Image 4 focuses on helping brands to engage in meaningful conversations with customers to build long-term customer relationships and brand in the 3-D physical world.
Financial institutions have contracted with Image 4 to help create brand affinity by transforming traditional transactional branch environments to become more efficient and to integrate online and personal banking experiences. Corporations across the country have asked Image 4 to transform their locations to showcase their values, connect with customers, and even enhance employee and customer engagement and satisfaction. Retailers have engaged Image 4 to help them drive sales through updated flagship locations and engaging pop-up shops or store-in-stores. Further, companies who develop sales through “face-to-face” marketing at trade shows and events have reduced the time to purchase and connected more effectively with prospects in exhibit environments optimized by Image 4.
“When CASA Systems wanted to enhance our brand image, profile and customer perceptions and also make the company stand out for the quality of its innovative products, we turned to the team at Image 4,” said Karin Quatrale, Global Events Marketing Manager at CASA Systems, a leading provider of fixed, mobile, optical and Wi-Fi network solutions. …From the booth design and production, to graphics delivery, to logistics and the finished product; working with the Image 4 team has been a smooth and easy process. Every step of the way, the Image 4 team performed exceptionally and I really appreciate their attention to detail.”
“From concept and design to fabrication and implementation, Image 4 draws from 30 years of industry lessons to build brand environments that will engage customers today and in the future,” said Jeff Baker, President and CEO of Image 4. “We’re proud to be recognized as a top-tier Environmental Design and Marketing firm and hope that sharing some of what we’ve learned over 30 years of practice will help our clients grow their businesses.”

Loudon, NH: Image 4 Helps Launch NE Motorsports Museum
Image 4 Experience Design assisted the team at the North East Motorsports Museum with design, fabrication, graphic production and installation of graphics throughout the 20,000sf museum dedicated to the Motorsports history of New England.
Starting in June of 2016, NE MSM President Dick Berggren and Operations Manager Ray Boissoneault worked with Image 4’s design and fabrication team to develop fixtures, lighting and graphic display elements for the new museum.\
As the collection developed, design and images were adjusted to present the story of performance motor competition in New England.
“As a race driver, I’ve been fascinated and engaged by the cars and the stories of the drivers – often over generations of families”, said Image 4 CEO Jeff Baker, “There are larger and more valuable collections, but none that present the breadth of competitive driving across history in the way this collection does. This is a wonderful addition to New Hampshire’s cultural resources”.
NE MSM President Dick Berggren, himself a storied race driver and professional sports announcer, commented “Image 4 worked with us to bring this place to life. The visual stories of the cars and racers live alongside the cars themselves and make the musem come alive”.

Manchester, NH: Image 4 Co-sponsors NHBSR’s Sustainability Slam
Image 4 was proud to again sponsor the New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility “Sustainability Slam” event on October 20.
“NHBSR’s Sustainability Slam has become, in only two years, a feature business event in southern New Hampshire”, said Jeff , “The excellent venue, high production value and compelling stories of some of New Hampshire’s best companies make for an inspiring and fun evening of learning”.
An ever growing number of businesses are discovering the integral link between social responsibility and the bottom line. New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility (NHBSR) is the business organization driving the social responsibility agenda in New Hampshire.
Ask business leaders in New Hampshire who are integrating social responsibility initiatives into their company and you’ll get such answers as: “It’s important to my investors and matters to my consumers.” or, “It affects my employee recruitment and retention, and impacts our corporation reputation.” Social responsibility in business is not just a trendy concept, but increasingly an integral part of how companies are doing business.
NHBSR is about being involved. It is about bringing new participants to the table and expanding the debate. We always welcome the addition of new voices. Your voice, whether as a member, a committee volunteer, or a participant in our events is important to us
