From Brand to Branch™, TrailNorth is Re-branded to Lead the Way in the Adirondacks
Fresh off a re-brand, TrailNorth FCU contracted with Image 4 to develop the in-branch Brand presentation and refresh three legacy branches. Scope included everything from nameplates and compliance fixtures to exterior paint refresh and signage, to interior Brand presentation and a digital re-think.
As TrailNorth evolves under an expanded Charter, Image 4 continues our Brand and content support.
TrailNorth FCU commissioned Image 4 to develop a fresh Brand presentation for their 3 branches in the beautiful Adirondacks of New York. We conducted a Brand Exploration, discovering TFCU core Values and a clear sense of the communities in which the credit union operates.
Image 4 designers developed Brand visuals based on the area’s strong sense of Place, playing of the positioning of “guiding” financial decisions and “being there” to support the community. Our photographers captured local scenes and events, blended high-quality stock images and trail maps, and developed a color and texture pallet that updated the branches without overwhelming the strong Brand affinity. We designed casework and presentation hardware, updated digital displays, and created a layered – wood feature wall in the main branch, to reflect on the Ticonderoga’s paper milling and wood industries.
The new Brand was implemented rolled in a rapid-rollout program over 5 days. Working through the beginning of the Covid Pandemic, Image 4 installers applied architectural and printed wallcovering, Brand statements, fixtures and digital displays. As the scope of the response to the pandemic became clear, Image 4 designed, fabricated and installed safety shields and info-graphics in the branches to ready them for the return of members.
Topping off the program, we designed and applied an exterior paint treatment to refresh the branches, restored and re-faced exterior signage, and installed cast-bronze logo plaques to solidify the presence of the re-branded community resource.
Image 4 continues our marketing support relationship as the credit union expands into adjoining counties.
