A Forward-thinking Credit Union Launches a New Brand Presence
As St. Mary’s expands into new markets, this excellent Metro-West credit union chose, with Image 4, to design and implement a contemporary Brand Presentation both in-branch and on digital platforms. Our Brand to Branch™ strategic approach delivers localization, content and Branch strategy for St. Mary’s as they expand throughout Metro-west Boston.
Working closely with Construction Manager NES, Image 4 integrated a fresh color palette with more traditional finishes. NES’s structural design created a light, airy and comfortable-feeling in-branch experience, while Image 4 designers created a fresh Brand presentation, managed privacy and compliance concerns, and ported the color and icon scheme to digital communications. Particular care was taken to update and port legacy Brand elements into the new look to help members make the emotional transition to the new Brand Presence.
As the Branch design is replicated, elements are localized and customized. A custom-fabricated, large-scale “iPhone” replica encourages app usage. Product merchandisers are customized to space and traffic flow needs, and floor, wall and fixture finishes are modified to maintain the feeling of transparency that is a core value of the Credit Union.
