Summary: New Work Media is one of the publishing industry's highly
successful vertical-market publishers. Flagship titles include:
Purple Squirrel, the strategy magazine for the IT staffing/services
industry, and Talent Economy, the leading strategic Talent and
Technology magazine.
New Work's tradeshow strategy is core to developing both ad
revenue and readership. New Work attends numerous shows
around the country, on a schedule that is nearly continuous.
Tradeshow marketing manager Josh Martin asked Image 4 to
design a tight-budget display to be used frequently, to ship
inexpensively, and with the versatility to use as a tabletop display,
a ten-foot display, and as several individual units. He also needed
several literature displays and demo counters.
Image 4 used 3 Top1 Rollup bannerstands, 3 collapsible Ultraform
pedestals, and 2 folding literature racks. This selection of
hardware is lightweight, presents a large graphic area for the
magazine cover images, can be used individually, and ships via UPS.
The new look also created an industry "buzz" which positioned
New Work as a leader in the IT recruiting and information space.
