We are PROUD to build LongLife Graphics panels for your display requirements. We believe you shouldn't need to use our warranty, and we build our graphics in that philosophy.

We have a very simple, very comprehensive warranty:

LongLife Rollable and Panel Graphics Warranty
For one year from the date of purchase, Image 4 will repair or replace any graphic panel that fades, de-laminate, or releases from its hanging strip, Velcro or magnetic tape. This excludes kinking from improper storage, folding, or normal wear on plastic edges.

Image 4 LongLife graphics panels are warranted against our failure, and reasonable wear and tear, for one year. These panels are not warranted against abuse!

Abuse includes gross physical damage such as crushing, punctures, deep gouges or severe scratches (we can tell if someone walked on or drove over the panel) sharp-edge tears, broken flat panels, extreme heat conditions, herds of cattle, forklifts, etc.

Graphics which have obviously been abused - bent or kinked to extremes, punctured, etc, - will be replaced at a 10% discount from list pricing. This replacement applies ONLY to the ORIGINAL graphic, not to any file edits or size edits.

LongLife Graphics Maintenance
We also believe you are making an investment, and should put at least a little care and periodic maintenance into the graphics.

Rolling panels should not be rolled tighter diameter than 12". Ideally, all panels should be stored flat, or hung vertically.

Use some care handling your LongLife Flat panels, as the corners will dent if struck hard.

Clean the face of your panels with denatured alcohol or Windex. Minor scratches can be hidden by spraying Pledge on a cloth and buffing the scratch with a "polishing" motion.

Store your LongLife Graphics in a moderately cool, dry location. We use industrial-grade adhesives to assemble panels, but heat is an adhesive's worst enemy! Temperatures over 90 degrees F (33 degrees C) will cause the adhesives to soften. If stress is put on the glued components, the bond may fail. Long-term storage over 120 degrees F (45 degrees C) almost assures adhesive failure and panel failure. This is NOT a warranty item!

Prepare your display panels before your show! If your rollable graphics are stored for an extended period (2-3 months or more), the plastic used in the graphics panels will assume a "memory", and will not lie perfectly flat. This problem will go away in about 4-6 hours, but if you're on the show floor waiting for it to happen, it's a problem....This is NOT a warranty item!
