How to Order Graphics

  1. We accept ONLY the following formats for output. If you work in other programs, please contact us for how to send your files to us for imaging. PC or MAC formats are fine.
  2. We support: Quark, Pagemaker, Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop, TIF, EPS, PDF.
  3. Scan all images as CMYK TIF images at 200dpi AT FINAL OUTPUT SIZE. For instance, if you have a product photo that will be 14" x 24" on the final banner, set your scan at 200dpi at 24".
  4. Download the PDF document titled Bannerstand Graphic Dimensions. Please design to these templates. We will review your work prior to printing, but we WILL NOT redo work that does not fulfill the appropriate template.
  5. Please take special note of the EXTRA REQUIRED IMAGE AREA for the roll-up models of bannerstand. Also, take special note of the TEXT IMAGE AREA SAFETY ZONE for roll-up banners and Vinyl banners. This allows us to hem and install the graphic appropriately.
  6. Please work with PMS colors, rather than Process colors. This allows us to color manage to your specifications.
  7. Please send us a CD and a hard-copy printout of your banner design. Take special care to tell us what is important to YOU – PMS colors, bleed areas, the TOP side of the image, etc. If you don’t include a paper printout of your project, we will print one for you for an additional charge of $35.00. We will ship this to you, and require your approval before proceeding with the order.

  9. PROOFS: We are happy to provide a proof printout of your graphic, printed exactly as you will receive it. The charge for this is $35.00, including overnight shipping to US/Canada.
  10. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Purchase orders are not accepted until you’ve placed 3 orders with us. This saves us a lot of expense, and helps keep your costs low
