What We Print
Image 4 can fabricate your banners in Polypropylene, Vinyl or Fabric. We use Polyprop for economy, vinyl for durability, size and cost savings, and we use fabric for great looks, washability and special treatments. For a PDF of banner info, click here.

• UltraVinyl is a durable 16oz reinforced vinyl. This is our premium product - extra smooth, great color saturation. This banner material is ideal for tradeshow, large sizes, retail stores and anywhere you need a high quality image. Pricing starts at $9.00 per square foot.
• RapidBanner is a 13oz reinforced, dull-finish material, perfect for retail POP, large quantity runs, and ever day banner requirements. It's very smooth quality, takes ink well, and can be hemmed and grommetted. Pricing starts at $7.00 per square foot.
• 10oz Reinforced vinyl is our economy and volume solution. Good ink coverage, with a mild gloss sheen. Some colors, particularly red, do not print with PMS accuracy. Pricing starts at $5.50 per square foot.
• Banner Mesh is specifically for large, outdoor use. This can be stitched and seamed to form HUGE banners. Our largest banner yet is over 60 feet! We use this for Ballparks, Hockey Rinks, Malls, to stretch across streets, wherever a large graphic is needed. Pricing starts at $12.00 per square foot.

Fabric Banners
We have tested several fabric materials for image quality, fade rate, durability, and stitching quality. We can recommend these products:

• Canvas Banner material is our standard fabric graphic material. Reliable image quality, durable, easy to stitch and handle, this is a great all-round fabric solution. Pricing starts at $18.00 per square foot.
• ExpoTex cotton poly blend is similar to blue-jean material. It has a mild visible texture. Images look superb on this material, it is nearly opaque, and stitches very strongly. We use this for durability and high quality needs. This material must be rolled, not folded, to avoid wrinkles, and needs no blocker to use double-sided. Pricing starts at $17.00 per square foot.
• SatinCott is a sheer, smooth cotton-poly blend. The texture is similar to a fine heavy-weight bedsheet. This material allows some light to pass, so it must have a blocker if it is to be used double-sided. This fabric is very strong, stitches well, and does not hold wrinkles. Perfect for Retail stores and Museum use. Pricing starts at $17.00 per square foot.
• Silk Crepe fabric is a see-through sheer material that looks fabulous as a graphic effect, a space divider, a window treatment, or to filter lights in a tradeshow display. Images are saturated and slightly flat. This fabric requires a blocker to use double-sided. Price begins at $21.00 per square foot.
