Can I use a bannerstand on a tabletop?
Sure! The pole-style we would use is the UnoBanner. It allows you to adjust the height from 30" to 86", it’s light, and it’s pretty easy to use.
Image 4 sales reps use the TOP1 bannerstand on a tabletop, with a tablethrow, for many shows. The TOP1 and TOP2 use fixed poles, so your height is limited to 30" or 56" tall. If you need us to design the graphic to work both as a full-height and as a tabletop graphic, please call to talk to us about that.
Why do you make the bannerstand graphic from polyester?
After 3 years of field testing, Image 4 has determined that polyester graphic material lasts the longest in frequent use. Fabrics and vinyls fray along the edges in a roll-up stand, and fabric will tear and not pack well on our Uno, Duo and Arc stands. We are so sure of our graphic production that we warrant our polyester graphic product to not delaminate for one year!
How do I pack my graphic and bannerstand?
Each bannerstand comes with packaging. In most cases, this is a bag, with a rigid insert tube to allow for both easier packing and better protection. Here at Image 4, we roll the banner graphic VISUAL SIDE OUT against the wall of the tube, and place the bannerstand hardware INSIDE the graphic roll. This way, the hardware does not damage the graphic face.
What can I use to carry several bannerstands?
Use our BlueTube! It’s the best packing tube available. Wrap foam packing around each of your bannerstand units, and place them in the tube. Wheel it away!
What Bannerstand should I use in a mall or dealer showroom?
Image 4 recommends our SuperBanner 1 and 2. These are the most stable, heavy weight units we offer. These are nearly impossible to knock over.

Graphic Satisfaction Policy
We offer samples of our graphic materials, free for the asking. Please contact us via email or phone, and we will send samples promptly.
As part of the banner production process, Image 4 will offer a proof printout of your graphic file for $35 per graphic, shipping included. Image 4 and you can use this tool to understand color, darkness, contrast, and cropping. Once you sign off on this proof, we will print your banner graphic. This proof is your to keep. If for any reason our final graphic does not fulfill your approved prder, we will reprint the graphic or credit you the charge.
The banner must be returned to us UNUSED, within 7 days, to take advantage of this policy.
Hardware Satisfaction Policy
We understand that sometimes it’s not easy to comprehend the “feel" of one of our products. We offer DEMONSTRATION UNITS for you to use, show others in your organization, and show your customers. The demonstration unit has an Image 4 graphic installed in it.
To obtain a demonstration unit, call us and ask for a bannerstand demonstration unit. We will ship it to you free of charge. We ask that you pay for return shipping. We also ask for a credit card deposit for the price of the unit. We will charge your credit card the day the demonstration unit ships to you, and we will credit your card the day that it is returned.
When we have completed your bannerstand order and shipped it to you, if for any reason your Image 4 bannerstand does not fulfill your expectation, contact us and we will either replace the unit, or accept return of it and all charges will be credited.
