A Display is the hardware or frame that supports your display graphics.
Graphics can be a banner, a mural, a sign, a poster - and more!
A Solution is anything you need to help you market with displays and graphics.
Methodology is core to our being. It forms the backbone of how we learn your requirements, how we service your project, and how we can sustain our symbiotic relationship with your organization.
Expectation Management
In support of our clients, we have refined a methodology we call “expectation management”.
Every contact a client has with our organization, from a price and turnaround inquiry, to a review of an innovative display program, is managed so our client knows and understands – to the best of our ability – what to expect from Image 4 at this point in whatever process.
Learning YOUR requirements
We listen a lot. We ask a lot of questions. Our first contact is centered on determining if our organization can do the things your organization needs. And, if we can perform, are our organizations a good fit?
If we can’t do what you need, we’ll tell you that right away. No wasted time. And in many cases we will refer you to one of our professional partners – organizations with whom we have had positive experience. If we’re not a good fit, we’ll tell you that too. No hard feelings, just recognition that we might be better off working with another organization. It’s ok to say “No”.
Servicing YOUR project
Once we have agreed that we are a good fit, and we understand your goals and your budget, we provide a proposal and your project is quoted.
Great graphics, exhibits, retail brand environments, etc, come from great understanding. You will be asked to provide information such as "Whom do you want to reach? What have you done that worked and what DIDN’T work? What is your budget and what kind of ROI are you looking for?” We strive to intimately understand YOUR expectations, we clearly state our plan to meet those expectations, and communicate throughout the process to manage all our expectations.
The Image 4 point of contact for this process is your Account Executive. Through formal training, all our account executives are educated in the process of “Active Listening”. This process involves a method of absorbing and transferring small packets of information, and repeating back to the speaker what is understood. We have extended this methodology to the written word, employing an enterprise database for quoting and confirming orders via fax and/or email.
Production Management
After we have agreed to a deliverable, a price, a timeline, and a concept, the project is written and turned over to one of our project managers. Our project manager calls upon our internal and external resources to create the agreed-upon solution to your requirement.
We are happy to hear from you to check up on your project, and we will contact you at certain milestones in the project management – with comps, roughs, proofs, renderings, and other communication vehicles. Each of these provides you with an opportunity to refine the process within the time and production constraints agreed upon.
In the event of a misunderstanding, we provide a roadmap to clearly define the problem, and the process of returning to a common expectation
Sustainable Relationships
Relationships are built through trust. Trust is built by fulfilling commitments. The goal of each person at Image 4 is to clearly define our commitment to our client, to manage that commitment and the resulting expectations, and to close the loop with follow through and service where needed.
Through this entire process, information is clearly transmitted, confirmed and recorded. Everyone understands what to expect. And the success of a particular graphic, exhibit or entire program can be measured, adjusted, or improved.
Think this is unusual for a graphics support company? So do we.
